Northaven Company

Northaven Company is an independent online watch retailer. We select and ship timepieces to customers across the United States from our base in Lisbon, Portugal.

What we do

We're a small, independently run business built around a simple idea: a well-made watch should be a considered purchase, not an impulse one. We curate a focused selection rather than an endless catalog — each piece is chosen for its design, materials, movement and finishing.

Every product page tells you exactly what you're buying: case size and material, movement type, water resistance, strap details and what's included in the box. If a specification isn't listed, write to us and we'll confirm it before you order.

How we work

We operate entirely online. Without showrooms or intermediaries, we're able to offer our selection at prices that reflect the product rather than the retail overhead behind it.

Shipping and delivery

Orders are shipped internationally to addresses in the United States. Estimated delivery time is 8 to 30 business days from dispatch, depending on your location and customs processing. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Because your order ships from outside the United States, import duties, taxes and customs fees may apply on arrival. These charges are set by U.S. Customs and Border Protection and are not included in our prices unless stated otherwise at checkout.
